The following files have been changed as noted:

SUNDM

   - All additions and corrections applied to the 9.7A PLBWIN runtime for PL/B
     IO have been applied to the Data Manager. See the release notes for 
     PL/B for details.

SUNDM (Windows)

   - Modified to allow the DM_DEFAULTCWD setting to detect and initiate
     retry logic when a UNC path is being used and a network error occurs. This
     works around a problem where the DM_DEFAULTCWD keyword was not taking
     affect when a UNC path was used and SUNDM was automatically being started
     as a Windows Service after a reboot.
