The following files have been changed as noted:

SUNDM

    - Modified the Data Manager to support the COUNTKEYS instruction.

    - The Data Manager has been modified to support SQLite database engine.
      The changes have been implemented to support PLB schemas, column name
      syntax for IO, and record filtering. See the 'rel94.rfm' descriptions
      for more details.
      
      A new keyword named 'DM_SCHEMA={defaultdatabase}' has been added that
      can be put into the [environment] section of the Sundm CFG file.
      This keyword can be used to declare the default database file to be
      used by Sundm.  The {defaultdatabase} can include the full path and
      database name to be used as the default database for the Data Manager.
      If this keyword is not used, the default database filename is 
      'sunschema.db' and it is located in the same directory as Sundm.
